Send an email to address mentioned in the form. Also your wife can call up the helpline on Tuesday and find out .. in all probability it would be your name and singnature as CIC expects principal applicant to submit all passports. However Make this call and also get clarification over email . Once you have their answer add a cover letter detailing the same when you send passport to Ottawa. If you get email reply, you can print that and include as well

Hi,

I received Passport request on May 30th.
Sent the passports to CPC Ottawa on June 01.

My passports (and other documents) were received by CPC ottawa on June 2nd 2017.
I have not received them back yet and even Return Envelope tracking # is not showing as activated.

My case was filed by an Attorney and I do not have any way to check the case status online.

Is this the time when I should contact CIC or CPC Ottawa? Which number to call? And what information they expect from the caller before sharing the case details.

Appreciate help.

Mine was delivered on June 13th, and approved on June 15th, but I haven't received mine back. Anyone calling from the US? What number are you using? The 1-613-944-4000 is not working for me.
