if its not sent back by friday ill start calling a lot more
because 40 days is a big no no
but yeah our timelines are pretty much the same.
I have noticed that if someone calls them more than once a week, the agents try to "remind" you gently that you have called several times... But 40+ days is a BIG NO ... I am going to call them Thu evening if I don't see an update to my tracker .. that would be 35 days since delivery in Ottawa .... Not sure how much else we can do though, even from a call center agent's perspective, I am guessing that the most they could do is put a note in the file ... as it is, everytime they access the file, I believe they are required to note that in our files ... someone who ordered GCMS confirmed that in another chat group ... Open for suggestions ...
