I have noticed that if someone calls them more than once a week, the agents try to "remind" you gently that you have called several times... But 40+ days is a BIG NO ... I am going to call them Thu evening if I don't see an update to my tracker .. that would be 35 days since delivery in Ottawa .... Not sure how much else we can do though, even from a call center agent's perspective, I am guessing that the most they could do is put a note in the file ... as it is, everytime they access the file, I believe they are required to note that in our files ... someone who ordered GCMS confirmed that in another chat group ... Open for suggestions ...Yeah
if its not sent back by friday ill start calling a lot more
because 40 days is a big no no
but yeah our timelines are pretty much the same.
