Passports to CPC Ottawa- July 2017

Hello all,
so we sent our passports yesterday July 26, but in the ppr email it said to send a prepaid canada post expresspost envelope (and to not fill out the address section) but we accidentally filled out the "to" address secion, our address. Will that be a problem? will they reject it and send it back to us?

I'm in USA, I sent a prepaid xpresspost USA to my address in USA, there is no other way for me

I guess they will say who is that stupid stupid dude, and throw out the passports

Now i getting a bit impatient.. Here's the timeline :

PPR was June 29th.
Passport Sent : July 5th
Passport Delivered : July 7th
COPR - No Update
Cic Account - No Update
Tracker - No Update

Anyone in a similar situation??

You should contact them. You should've already gotten your Application approval on CIC. I had mine delivered on the 4th of July. I've received my passport on July 24. Call them Monday if you don't hear anything back today.

looks like its taking almost 20 days to get the passport and in some cases maybe more. like who keeps passport for 20 days

Don't wish to disappoint you but it seems a bit unlikely that your PP will be back by August 5th. I hope I am wrong.

YES CIC ACCOUNT STILL SAYS - "DECISION MADE" ONLY. BUT AUTOMATED SYSTEM SAYS ITS APPROVED . TILL YESTERDAY THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM SAID BACKGROUND IS IN PROCESS AND I DO NOT REQUIRE ANY INTERVIEW. NO AGENT AVAILABLE TO TALK SINCE LAST ONE WEEK!

May be a funny question , but once the passport is at CPC Ottawa , is their any mechanism that tells that the passport has been received by CPC or we just get to know by the Canada Xprs Post tracking system?

Doc Sent: July 15
Doc Received by CPC Ottawa: July 19
Application Approved: July 27.

I'm from a visa exempt country. Should I expect they send the CoPR soon?
