Hi guys. I had sent my passport to Ottawa after PPR on May 4 . So today Canada post officially said they lost and couldn't find my passports. Any suggestions how do I proceed further

That's sad to hear. Did you track your passport before they told you it was lost. Try inform IRCC of the situation ASAP with the official letter from Canada post saying they lost it. I'm sure they will give you an extension to find or apply for a new passport. Sorry to hear that

My passport was delivered on May 11th and application has been approved on May 26th :) Hopefully I can receive passport next week.

Good Luck folks!

Best wishes to All.

Yes, like others said you can get the proof from them that its lost and then file the police report (you might need it to apply for new passport - check the rules) and get the copy of the report and apply for new passport and then scan all the proof and send it to cpc ottawa saying that you might send the new passports again after few weeks for stamping.

PPR is yours but its going to be little delay.

That's bad and sad. I suggest your asking for an official letter from Canada Post saying they have lost the package with tracking number containing your passport. They can send it to you through email very quickly, tell the resolution specialist you are talking to at Canada Post Customer Service Network, he/she can send it to you through email.
Immediately contact the visa office where you sent your passport explaining the situation and request for an extension. Finally, start the new passport application.

I was in your situation, I sent my passport on May 04 as well, it was the postal clerk who messed up by entering a wrong postal code for destination. I was making on average 4 calls to Canada Post customer service and kept escalating it until they found it a week later.

I hope you get it sorted out as soon as possible.

I have called CP relentlessly, they suck. I am going for applying new passports now

Any one from USA here? My PP shows delivered yesterday through FedEx.

I didnt add signature required in rush . Now I am kind of regretting it.
My passports reached 27th - sent it from Detroit. I think that you will still see who signed it. I too did not request signature required but i still see someone signed it while receiving the package. You should be good.

Did you receive the passport yet?

Hi friends,

I want to complete my landing process this week border near vancouver, can you please suggest which is the easiest one or short distance from Vancouver downtown?

Is there any transit available to the border?

Can I drive my car to border and park and pass the border by walk?

What documents I have to carry with me?

Thanks for your valuable answers & advice ☺
