I live in Ontario and the passport was delivered the next day.

For you next question I have no idea. Based on information in this forum it looks like CPC-Ottawa has not started working on passports received after Jan 29th.

Your tracker will get activated around 12th day and usually the passport arrives on 14th or 15th day. Count only working days. No weekends.

COPR question for the folks here. When CIC returns your passport with COPR, do they glue the photos on both COPR copies or it is only glued on the CIC copy?

I have received my COPR where they have only glued the picture on the CIC copy and returned the 2nd photo with the other COPR copy.

I have also posted this on the August thread but this seems like a better thread to get an answer maybe. Thanks in advance.

They will affix one photo on one of the CoPR document which officer will take when you do landing. The other CoPR without photo is for you and will be given back to you during landing. I think you might have sent more than 2 photos and hence they have returned the other one.
