Has anyone done their landing by crossing the border to US without a US visa?

I was requested my passport and my spouse. But my spouse lives in Bangladesh, where I am living in Canada. I am notsure what to do at this moment. Should I send original passport for both of us?

No you can't send both passports. Send a cse to cpc Ottawa about your spouse situation and they will arrange visa stamping at local visa office in Bangladesh.

You cannot cross US border without US visa. But at the border you can say that you are there for flag pole and they will send you back to Canada. One of my friend did that without any issues.

Guys , what was the time when ur return tracker got activated. My file also got closed on 1st feb. return tracker still not activated

Yes that is what I am planning on doing. At the border tell the officer that I am there to flag pole with no intentions of going into the US. Guess that should be ok and no US visa is needed for that.
