Thanks for your wishes.
All the best for your landing process.
My passport reached Ottawa on 25th Feb. and hope to see the approval by tomorrow.
take care,

Thanks !!

Just go check my cic may the approval is waiting for you without an email update.

All the best.

I am in toronto thinking to go for landing in cic office ??

But not sure how much time it would take.

I have read posts from calgary and edmonton people getting dates within a week.

If its like 3-4 weeks then niagra is the best option.

Whats your take on that??

Great news. I have the same timeline, but no access to MyCIC profile :(
Can you please share when your tracker gets activated?
Thanks!

Thanks and all the best

I wanted to share my landing experience with all you guys:
I live in Toronto, so I drove to Niagara Falls, parked by the Sheraton Hotel, and walked over the bridge ( you pay 50 cents, its a 10 min walk from Parking to American side) . I wanted to walk over for so long and never did it so thought this time will be twice as good since I was getting my PR. The American side was very professional I waited less than three minutes and got my flagpole slip. Then I literally walked towards Canada and my permanent residency "step by step" until I got to the checkpoint . The first officer asked me if I have any weapons or money over $1000 in cash I said no. I was then given another slip and walked towards the second officer. The officer asked me for address confirmation, then asked me to sit down . About five minutes later I was called back, asked to sign that I haven't been convicted of any crime and that I don't have any dependents, and then was told to sit back again. I was called again five minutes later, the officer gave me all my paperwork back and said congratulations you are now a permanent resident, welcome to Canada.
That was it. Very easy, simple, and extremely fast.
Congratulations to anyone who got their PPR, sent their passports and are almost there.
