Same timeline. Called on Friday to 'nudge' them. the person i spoke to said they will attend to it 'now' and it will be dispatched on Monday (today) so i should expect it on Tuesday or Wednesday....
I don't know how you guys manage to get through to VFS agents, I tried over and over today the number (08150199900 ) was always busy, then I tried (08150188800) and followed the prompt, I was told to hold on, then agent was busy then I should try back, tried this about 5 times, meanwhile I spoke to agents handling other visas but couldn't get trough to Canada visas. Please which of the numbers did you call 08150188800 or 08150199900

08150199900...
Its not a pretty exercise to be honest. You have to dial tonnes of times before you can get through.
It is what it is unfortunately

Okay, thanks.

Hi everyone

I got an email response that said "Your documents are in queue for printing".
Does anyone know what that means?

my passport has been with the Accra office for a while now, waiting for PRV/CoPR.

Is this a good thing? @legalfalcon can you help

regards

This means that your COPR will be printed and the instructions for it has been issued. You will just have to wait until someone can physically print it and send you the passport back. Will depend on the VO where your passport is at.

Passport received! To God be the Glory! Wish everyone in the journey to PPR all the very best! Stay safe.
Congratulations
