Is there a way to check for counterfoil without GCkey? My CIC account just says "Decision Made". What does this mean?
VFS tracking still says "under process at IRCC"

yes, I have no update on my CIC account, this was the last message I got when I tracked Your processed passport has been forwarded to the Canada Visa Office on 2021/01/13. So I called the VFS helpline and the agent asked for my tracking ID and said that my passport is on the way.

Thanks for the info. I got a message that my passport has been received at the VAC Ghana on Friday but no update to my account. However, my profile was update on Saturday.

You just have to keep on re-dialling. Getting through to VFS is a chore. Try randomly every hour before they close.

Please does anyone know from experience how long it takes VFS Lagos to send passports to individual homes in Lagos? Payment details was sent to them on Thursday morning. I’m wondering if it’s another rocket science for passports to reach Lagos addresses.

Same timeline. Called on Friday to 'nudge' them. the person i spoke to said they will attend to it 'now' and it will be dispatched on Monday (today) so i should expect it on Tuesday or Wednesday....

Via the CIC official site > check application status section, where you have to fill in your application number and other details.
