Hi there. It is 1-888-242-2100 . I think the options are 1,3,1,1 or 1,2,1,1. Listen to the menu options.. you should follow options corresponding to permanent resident applicants.

Going to send my passport tomorrow. I'm living in Toronto; can I use a Regional Xpresspost prepaid envelope instead of a National one since it's being sent to Ottawa?

No I didn't. Canada Post delivered my passport today.. (not friday as expected). I haven't gotten to my mailbox yet as I am at work but tracking says delivered. Might go this friday or saturday. not sure. Did you get your passport back yet?

Tracker activated today at 6:11pm. Passport received by ottawa last mar 10

Jappy did u try to call them? I called them last week and told
Me that they received mine mar 12. But on the xpresspost tracking it says they received it mAr 6. Lets wait this week. Good luck and God bless us all

Do u live in BC. For me I was in India when they asked for passport. I got the passport request on 17 feb and I came back to Canada on 27 feb and sent my passport on March 2nd and they recieved it on March 4. Now it's really stressing because 30 days already over. They recieved my passport after 15 days of request for passport. I don't know what's gonna happen???? Plz God help me.
