i sent my daughters passport for visa stamping to

CPC OTTAWA
POBOX 9640 OTTAWA
K1G 6T2

instead of

Temporary Resident Visa Section
Case Processing Centre – Ottawa
P.O. Box 8780 STN T CSC
Ottawa, Ontario K1G 5A9

can anybody suggest what i should do now

Did you send it with a tracking number? Has it been delivered?

You can hope that the person who ends up receiving your passport forwards it to where it is supposed to go, or returns it to you.

If you used Canada Post, not really an issue.

The second address is for other couriers like DHL or FedEx, because they don't deliver to PO boxes.

Both addresses are PO Boxes.

Yes I did send it with a tracking number and it shows status as delivered

after how many days u recieved ur passpor? and whether it is tamped by the address where u have sent it or thy have send it oto P O 9640 FR STAMPING?

J'ai récemment soumis une demande de visa de résidence temporaire (demande électronique). Par la suite sur m'a demandé d'envoyer mon passeport à l'adresse CP 9640 ottawa K1G 6T2.
Après envoi de mon passeport, je réalise que j'ai oublié d'envoyer la deuxième enveloppe. Est ce que quelqu'un a déjà vécu une situation similaire ? Comment avez-vous résolu ce problème ?

J'ai vraiment besoin de votre aide pour corriger une grave erreur. Malheureusement, j'ai oublié d'envoyer la deuxième enveloppe de réception au CTD-Ottawa. J'essaie de les contacter, mais je n'arrive pas à obtenir leur numéro de téléphone, leur adresse de bureau ou leur adresse courriel. J'ai déjà envoyé un formulaire web à IRCC. De là aussi, je n'ai reçu aucune aide. Pourriez-vous m'aider au plus vite ?
