passport visa stamping cpc ottawa

i sent my daughters passport for visa stamping to

CPC OTTAWA
POBOX 9640 OTTAWA
K1G 6T2

instead of

Temporary Resident Visa Section
Case Processing Centre – Ottawa
P.O. Box 8780 STN T CSC
Ottawa, Ontario K1G 5A9

can anybody suggest what i should do now

Did you send it with a tracking number? Has it been delivered?

You can hope that the person who ends up receiving your passport forwards it to where it is supposed to go, or returns it to you.

If you used Canada Post, not really an issue.

The second address is for other couriers like DHL or FedEx, because they don't deliver to PO boxes.

Both addresses are PO Boxes.

Yes I did send it with a tracking number and it shows status as delivered

I am really worried because my friends told me that we have to send it to this address.

after how many days u recieved ur passpor? and whether it is tamped by the address where u have sent it or thy have send it oto P O 9640 FR STAMPING?

I extremely need your help to figure out one big mistake. The thing is that I, unfortunately, forgot to send 2nd receiving envelope to CPC- Ottawa. I am trying to reach out to them however I am not able to get their contact no.: office or email ID. I have already posted a web form to IRCC. From there also I don't get any help till now. Therefore could you guys please help me ASAP
