Passport sent to ottawa 2019 after ppr

I spoke to an agent now. My passport was was delivered to CPC-Ottawa on 17th October.
She got this response from Officer at CPC-Ottawa on 31st - "Passport has been sent for printing".

Can anyone tell how much time it will take to get our passport back from now?

I am from Brazil, most of us don’t need a visa! I called them and they said because I came to Canada once using ETA I don’t wanna need a stamp! I will do the landing tomorrow but at 1000 island bridge, i believe it is the only one I can do it on friday!
I got approved on May 28 and tracking on May 29! Received the passport today!

Called cic yesterday and as per agent office haven't updated that they received my photos. Please let me know if anyone was asked for photos 2nd time and how long it took after that. same situation and I`ve been waiting for almost 3 weeks now after it got delivered there. When I called, an agent said that it starts counting aprox 2 weeks only after ottawa acknowledge receipt on their system and not the date that was delivered. In total, I`ve been waiting for over a month since I first sent everything. We can`t do anything other then wait. Neither calling won`t rush anything or help it at all.

how we will get to know its approved it will show on cic account

On our case, I have a gckey account that I can check anytime. It was approved November 4th but I got an email a day after that my husband's account application has been updated. I am the sponsor and representative of the PA.

Guys i just checked my cic account and on my application it said 17 weeks but right now i dont see it. It does not say how much time left and the time bar got disappeared. Did anyone of you exprienced that?
