I sent my parents' PPR to
Case Processing Centre – Ottawa
365 Laurier Avenue West
Ottawa, Ontario
K1A 1L1.
It delivered on Oct 4 but still we are waiting CoPR.
We phone them but they asked us to wait 2 more weeks.
If it is not delivered within 2 weeks, then we have to phone them again. It was their instruction.
It is really annoyed to make a plan.

So you mean the courier shows your passport has been delivered but the agent said they did not receive the passport yet?

Even we don't know they have it or not. Agent said wait for now.

Hi folks, I got my PPR on Oct 7 and sent my passport on Oct 9 by Canada Post. It should be delivered on Oct 10 or 11 but their tracking system keeps showing the parcel is in transit until now. Canada Post service agent said sometimes it doesn't have updates even though the parcel has been received.

I also phoned CIC and the agent told me they did not receive my passport yet. I asked him if it possible that they got the parcel but not opening the parcel yet. He said at this high-volume cases time it could be.

I also applied a extension in case.

Anybody has same timeline or similar situation?

My wife’s passport got delivered on oct 15th morning. Sent on oct 11. Waiting for an update.

Does anyone know if the aprox time (2 weeks) to print the COPR starts only when they actually acknowledge receipt of the passports on their system? How much time does it take them to normally acknowledge receipt of passports? thx.

Which stream did you apply through?

I applied through the Ontario PNP. Passport delivered on 29th October. No news yet.
