Passport sent to ottawa 2019 after ppr

Sent my wife's passport on oct 11th. Reached on oct 15th due to thanksgiving. Still waiting for an update. She is on visitor visa in Canada. So asked delhi immigration office if we can submit it here. They said yes. So sent it on OCT 11th.
Hoping to get it in next wk. she needs to travel to US urgently.

When I called CIC on 29th, an agent told me there was no updates at all. She said she would remind the Ottawa office and I guess it worked!

I'll update once again when my tracker is activated.

return mail was sent on Oct 31 (6:40pm)
but the tracker was activated on Nov 1 (around noon)

Hello guys can someone help me they got my passport on oct 8 and 3 weeks from that on last Saturday i got a mail to send them new photos which i did on this monday and they asked me to send them my tracking number for the new photos i am kind of getting worried why is it taking so long. And i forfor to write my name on the 2nd time photos i got so i had to send them again with name and dob on back they didnot asked for the 3rd time but i just did incase if they ask. Can some one advice if they are going through anything similar. I am just worried

As per them it didnot meet the requirement and i was just on call with the agent and it just got disconnected before even asking me about UCI number and now i have to call them back and wait for the next agent thats bs
