Passport dispatched & processed passport dispatched .....what's the difference ?

Maybe it's a very dumb question but I noticed a slight difference with my previous passport application status.
Initially my visa got rejected and the website stated that " your passport has been dispatched " but this time it says " your processed passport has been dispatched" ....does it mean it's an approval this time ??

There is no difference. Wait till you get approval mail or the passport.
