Passport received (Ottawa)-2nd Feb 2022
Passport picked up-2nd March 2022
Passport with visa and COPR received-4th March 2022

But there is a policy of 7days quarantine for the docs- After they issue visa and counterfoil generated.
So you should wait for 7days from the date of counterfoil generated.

My issue date was 22nd feb and they dispatched on 2nd march (8th day)

Thank you for sharing this information, I never heard of this before. This makes sense that why everyone are receiving there passports after a week
