It’s 12 business days so far and the UPS courier I chosen as UPS Next Day Air Saver . shipment number is not activated yet. Any idea that can we email to Ottawa CPC on this regard?? Will they respond??

Awaiting return of passport from CPC-Ottawa since Sep 2021.. Any idea who we can contact? Tried multiple web forms, calls, tweets, emails, everything.. no specific response, only generic replies. Please help!

Newyork VAC received our passports and other documents on Feb28th, we received an email on March 10th that they have received all documents and they will verify everything and send them to consulate. I haven’t heard back anything after that and haven’t received any acknowledgment number to check status of our passports. Havent been successful in contacting them via chat or phone. Is there a way to know passport status?

Hey .. quick update. I received email from CPC Ottawa office ., they said my return label has incorrect FROM address and asked me to regenerate and email back with pdf attached. I just did . Atleast I am happy that my passport is coming now tomorrow or Monday big relief

hey, i got my passport request on February 25th and i sent my passport on 2march. On 14th i got this same email saying“Your documents are now ready to be returned to you. However, one of the following potential errors were found:” so to print a new label n send the pdf which i did. Now i have my flight in 10 days and i m stuck where is my passport! Cause it is supposed to be delivered yesterday and when i contacted canada post they told they have not received the package yet! I am getting worried and pissed but there is no option for me except waiting!

Received and signed by J.Joe in Ottawa office - Feb 7.
No Updates since. Just generic replies. How long does it usually? Staying without passport in a foreign country with no end in sight is worrying.

I understand how hard it is to stay in other country without passport. But don't worry everything will be fine. Here was my timeline if this helps.
Passport sent from USA to Ottawa CPC(fedex)- Jan 17th
Received in Ottawa Office- Jan 27th.
Application Approved-March 1st
Passport Received back - March 13th

So hope for the best

I got an email from IRCC saying that “u have new message on your profile “ . When I login into my GC Key account, found a letter from IRCC. They have dispatched my passport today. I should be receiving my passport in this week.

Hi there mate, congrats on progress. Could you please advise what address was correct from address? In my request letter I see 2 different addresses to send my passport to.
Also, when you purchased label, was there any particular one you were using?

Hi , my FedEx tracking activated today. Here is my final timeline

Application Received: Dec 21st 2021
Bio-Metrics Submitted: Jan 15th 2022
PP request received : Jan 24th 2022
PP send to Ottawa from US ( no VFS involved) : Feb 2nd 2022
Visitor Visa approved : Feb 24th 2022, Counterfoil issued.
Passport Return Delayed Reason : I sent incorrect return UPS shipment label where FROM address has wrong name.
Return Label Request Email came from IRCC : March 17th 2022 , Responded on same email on same day with FedEx shipment
Passport Dispatched Finally : March 22nd 2022 to my US address.

Passport delivered to Ottawa - March 10th

Courrier: Fedex (Fedex had me created an account and they put a waybill in the return envelop)
Country of residence: US
