@orrel71 My friend was unable to reach an agent. The IVR asked to press 0 to transfer to an agent, but then received the response that can't transfer to an agent, try again, and disconnected.

I don’t think so mine was delivered on June 17 still no update at all

That's quite a narrow window given how overloaded IRCC is currently. I'd suggest immediately following up with a web-form explaining your urgency. Also place a call to IRCC if you're inland.

No. I believe they dispatch is after 7 days - probably a covid protocol.
