Friends, is VO processing time counted from the time when application received at CIO (Sydney) or the moment when it trasnfered to particular VO?

It's the time when application was recieved at CIO.

Yes this is strange. All initial Ankara VO applications have been transferred to Paris VO and I think that Ankara VO currently doesnt deal with FSW2014 applications from any country. Maybe the average times are reflected in original initial VO's time frame, nobody knows.

Most probably the increase is due to CIC's commitment to complete processing of Express Entry applications in or less than 6 months. It seems that they prioritize the first batch of Express Entry applicants due to this commitment, whereas there is not such a commitment for FSW2014 applications.

but express applicants are also in the statistics.. but you are right they have 6 months to complete the first batch and start to decrease statistics... Hımm... then.. if they be able to finalize express applications in 6 months, in July for example average time start to fall again, finally it will reach 6 months end of the year.. or something like that. in any case if our process time increase from 8 to 9 suddenly it means that there is a very very big delays in 2014 applicants.

This is the link for Express entry spreadsheet. There is not VO based indicators, at least I didnt see Also I did not get the information provided on the spreadsheet as I am not familliar with EE, I am well concentrated on FSW2014

For FSW2014, all I know is the processing at VO stage is very complex and and varies from case to case. We could make estimation for CIO stage but for VO stage all estimations are actually just hopes. Although we know the general steps (background verification, security check, etc) and factors affecting these steps (family structure, countries visited/been, etc), we never know how they deal and handle the files. So everyone waits for his/her turn.

Ppr: 25 May
3rd and 4th line updated: 26May
Pp sent:27 May via VAC
PP received with copr:2 june.
It's not an easy wait but the end results is worth the wait.good luck everyone

Ecas updated '' medical received'' : May 1st
Waiting fo PPR for 37 days now
