Hello guys...
I received the email from Paris VO with PCC and RPRF and CV and such stuff...

What happened is that I composed the email and when I tried to send it, my outlook crashed. So what happened is that the outlook send two emails to parisimmigration with part of the attachedments which some don't even open.

Please advise...
I think I will resend the original email and raise ECAS in this regard.

what is your concern about sending a new e-mail with subject "resubmission" and explaining the problem with your outlook? I did not get it.
They are waiting your documents and if you could not do it, just send them again.

Look what they are saying in their mail:

"IMPORTANT: IF YOU REPLY TO THIS MESSAGE, OR FOR ANY FUTURE CORRESPONDENCE WITH THE PARIS VISA OFFICE, PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR MESSAGE MORE THAN ONCE.
WE TREAT AS URGENT ONLY THOSE REQUESTS FOR WHICH THE REASON FOR URGENCY IS INDICATED CLEARLY. IF YOU HAVE SUBMITTED NEW INFORMATION, YOUR FILE WILL BE UPDATED ACCORDINGLY,
BUT WE WILL NOT SEND YOU AN ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RECEIPT."

If your concern is about "PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR MESSAGE MORE THAN ONCE" it is about sending the same mail multiple times. But the last sentence is for you: "IF YOU HAVE SUBMITTED NEW INFORMATION, YOUR FILE WILL BE UPDATED ACCORDINGLY"

Finally received an email from my VO, THey are asking for so many things including police certificate and RPRF and IMM 5669, updated cv, work experience letter although i sent it before with the application, my work contract..


Is this normal or should i be worried?

Most of the applicants have received such update and clarification requests and they received their passport request afterwards. So don't worry.
But it does not mean nothing. I guess you should present them your valid experience very clear with solid evidences. I did not receive such request but I submitted my work contract, social security extracts etc. with my first package. The only strange thing is here I guess is work experience letter. Do you have any clue why they asked work experience letter again? Did they mention anything about it or they just ask? Did you check again what was written there? Is it showing your salary, work hours, your duties, job description etc. is everything clear on it?

Average processing time for Paris VO has been increased to 9 months from 8 months, as per the application data processed between April 1 2014 and March 31 2015:

Yes this is strange. All initial Ankara VO applications have been transferred to Paris VO and I think that Ankara VO currently doesnt deal with FSW2014 applications from any country. Maybe the average times are reflected in original initial VO's time frame, nobody knows.

Most probably the increase is due to CIC's commitment to complete processing of Express Entry applications in or less than 6 months. It seems that they prioritize the first batch of Express Entry applicants due to this commitment, whereas there is not such a commitment for FSW2014 applications.

Friends, is VO processing time counted from the time when application received at CIO (Sydney) or the moment when it trasnfered to particular VO?
