Hello Guys,

Yesterday I have received similar email which made me so confused,, they ask for almost the same thing, it is like if a new officer jump on my file without knowing what is going on with my file,,,, the strange thing that they ask for PCC from my wife for a country that she never been to!!. Also they ask to send the document by Mail only,,, I believe Paris ask for papers to be sent by EMAIL instead,, don't know if it is mistake!!

I got so confused,, please can you think of something why this happened

Here is the email..

Let me advise you to do the following. Place CSE and in your request copy past their listing of required documents. Then next to each document requirement clearly indicate your explanation and question. Make sure your letter is clear and explanatory. Paris VO is very responsive they will clarify their request to you.
I had confusing request from Paris guys in the past but I could clarify it by asking for the details all the time.

P.S. I assume CT stands for your immigration officer, correct?

In general their should not be difference between replying directly to an email or placing CSE. CSE usually placed when you do not know who deals with your application.

BUT in the situation like you described (I mean when IO is presumably young or unexperienced) and when the mistake from IO side is obvious it is better to place CSE. I think what differs CSE from direct email communication is that this is something like reply to all when your message is being received either by all immigration officers or senior ones and then redirected to the responsible IO. In this case you have more chances to get qualified response even from the same young and slow officer. Still this is an assumption and nobody knows how it really goes.

Regarding CT, you should have your IO initials stated in the subject of your communication. So, check it if it is so.

Hey Dear,

Yes, I completed the medical and it shows received in the ecas,,
Regarding the RPRF, I asked my bank to make a wire transfer and the delay was from their side, so finally I had to cancel it and let one of my friends to pay it for me.
Anyway, I don't think it is RPRF issue evern if it was delayed write,, right??

Friends,

Recently, I found out about Iranian spreasheet which I found very useful and sophisticated vs what we have here. I decided to do some analyses based on data in that spreadsheet. My main intension was to understand how slow is my IO.

Therefore, I would like to share the below analyses (based on average days) which may help you understand where you stand and will show how fast/slow is your immigration officer:

CT, DL, FG, MLP - Senior ones

Column SLU stands for "We started processing your application"

Increasing order is sorted by MR to PPR column.

PER to MR SLU MR to PPR Total Ave
CT 89 39 72 282
DL 44 18 78 216
FG 75 11 80 270
MDY 54 60 92 235
MF 42 14 102 242
CC 23 36 119 258
