Anyone please?Hi can someone please help.
I am inviting my Parents to Canada and helping my Father (Principal Applicant) fill out the application. One of the forms requested in the checklist is
Use of a Family Member Representative for Online Applications (IMM5713) (required) - Does my Dad need to fill out this form? My Mother is coming as an additional family member
we didn’t fill that form…like you did we also made father principal applicant n mom was second applicant(did same for in laws n it got approved), we helped out filling the form(all contract numbers n email, accounts were his)now waiting for decisions on my parents applicationAnyone please?
again i think u need to fill it in case u r acting as their representative, say in case if u have to contact ircc in any circumstance, if u have submitted representative form then u can do it on their behalf, else they have to call directlyAnyone please?
Thank you so much for the information. Not really acting as a representative but just filling out on behalf of my parents. I provided my parents phone no as primary and mine as the alternate no. Does IRCC actually call them? I would rather have them call me instead of them. But if IRCC only emails then it is fineagain i think u need to fill it in case u r acting as their representative, say in case if u have to contact ircc in any circumstance, if u have submitted representative form then u can do it on their behalf, else they have to call directly
ircc doesn’t call them, but u know, if we have some queries we need to call them n they will pass on the information only to the applicants(this case is rare! we never had to call), so move on without using representativeThank you so much for the information. Your dad has to fill this form and sign it as he is the primary applicant and your mom is an additional family member in the same application. Mom has ti sign the family member column and dad has to sign the family representative column because he is the primary applicant. I did it like that for my parents and my parents-in law with sister in law and all approvedAnyone please?
