I filled up the 2017 lottery form for my parents
My Question is from Quebec is require 1 year minimum income only
My income is good for last year 2016
So if anyone know which year tax they will ask ?

Quebec residents need to meet BOTH Federal and Quebec requirements so you also need past 3 years for federal and last year for quebec

For Quebec its only 1 year NOT 3 years. They will probably ask for 2015.

Now that I think about it. It will probably be 2016. Since you only need to send the financial documents to Quebec after you are approved by Federal (what I know is that you will have 3 months to send the complete documents to Federal, which will come up to be the end of April), so by the time you will get the approval from Federal you should already have the 2016 notice of assessment.

Maybe you are right its make sense that 2016 tax year
even i looked quebec immigration website they mention last 12 month minimum income
hoping for it 2016 tax only
but still have to win LOTTERY!!!!
