I'm new to this topic. I need seniors advice regarding sponsoring parents permanently to Canada.
Please give answers to my questions

1) In my family I have myself, my wife and 2 kids. If I sponsor my mom and dad will it count as 6 family members in total?
2) does the minimum income cut off table asks for income in total or after tax deductions? I have income less if it after tax deductions.
3) what is 30% in minimu income cut off table?

3) Can I bring them on supervisa first then sponsor them for PR.?

1) Unless you are going to be living in Quebec, it's going to be 2020 before you'll qualify to sponsor your parents for PR. Expect that it will take 4+ years for the application to be processed.
2) The income levels are available on the CIC web site - but keep in mind that they increase each year.
3) Yes - once you have a job in Canada that meets the LICO requirements for super visas. Note that there is no inland application process for parent PR applications. Their PR application will be processed outside of Canada. It's extremely unlikely they will be able to remain in Canada from the time you bring them to Canada on a super visa to the time they have PR.

can u please tell me when i willl get decision made
i have completed my remedical on december 29, 2015
3 months has passed still counting
its already 100 months completed since whole process
4 years since file has transffered to new delhi
can u please tell me
our passports are there at embassy since october 2012

why your file is taking so long time any thing went wrong at delhi visa office ???? what dont delay this much unless u have something in your case

They have landed yesterday and received their PR confirmation and SIN cards at the airport. Finally the journey is over for us. Good luck to you all.

In Process since april 2015. Medical Done in june 2015.(NDV0).Just did MP inquiry and got answered that final verification completed just yesterday. any idea how long does it take after.

applied : sept 2010
doc request :july 2014.
doc sent :aug 2014.
sponsership approved:jan 2015.
in process :april 2015

Does that mean if i did not request urgent through MP, it could be delayed? My parents submitted their passport a week ago.
