Medical was last year 2015 may or June
They apply dec 2010

This is in reference to your application for permanent residence. To finalize your application, we require:

1) Passports
VFS is our trusted partner for safe and secure passport transmission. Using VFS services is the only way to submit your passport. Contact VFS in India (www.vfsglobal.ca/canada/india) or in Nepal (www.vfsglobal.ca/canada/Nepal) and pay the requisite fees for the Passport Transmission Services . A separate envelope is required for each passport.

Please take this letter and present it to VFS for the purchase of the secure Passport Transmission Service. VFS will send your passport to the High Commission of Canada in New Delhi in a secure envelope. You will then be advised by VFS when your passport has been returned and is ready to be picked up.

Please note that permanent resident visas cannot be placed in Diplomatic, Official or Military passports.
There must be at least two blank pages in each passport.
We are unable to issue a visa beyond the expiry date in your passport. Your passport must be valid for at least six months.

2) Photographs
Please provide two (2) recent photographs along with your passports for yourself and each accompanying dependent. For instructions on photo requirements and specifications, see: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/pdf/5445EB-e.pdf

My parents medical was completed in May 2015 also, hopefully I would hear soon from the Visa office asking for passport. I submitted MP enquiry almost a month ago, didn't hear anything yet, also no response on GCMS which submitted two months ago.

Have you not received your gcms notes after 2 months. It should only take 30 days to get notes.

Not sure if my gcms even got delivered, as far as I remember I uploaded it online and paid the $5. Yeah, it should take only 30 days, but not interested in resending again now.

No complications, only two people on file, my parents. Yea its since 2008 as they closed my file due to mail not delivered on time for additional doc request.

my file also stuck.

my father went through 3 test. next test is 15 feb. he is good health condition.
cic taking heart deeply test like, echo, stress, tmt test.

I have posted this question in another thread but I think that was not the right place to ask the question. My question is general in regards to application for sponsorship of parents. I wonder what happens if I leave Canada and go to States for work for a year or two while my parent's application in under process? any similar experiences please let me know.
