I have send all of my certificates education to Singapore VO by email last night, my question is Should I send all my doc education by mail to Singapore VO?

Hi every one, I want to sponsor my parents (mum and dad) + sister (30 years) for 2016;

1. I do not have high income but my husband has a high income, can I apply for my parents under his income as our family income )we do not have any children).

2. which of the form I should fill for them;

3. Can I apply for my sister as well

If I were you, I would first read the rules on CIC website, in detail.
The forms can be changed by CIC at the last minute, so always check for latest versions on CIC website before sending in the application.
Not sure about 30-yr old sister, new rules changed a lot of things, so check CIC website in detail please.
This thread mainly deals with old applicants under old rules, best to post ur Q in new threads

Hello My freinds,

I have the same process on some of you,

Application recieved on Oct 2010
Started Appl. Process on Febr 2015
Interview done on March 2015
medical Done on July 2015
Medicals recieved on Nov 2015
Decision Made on ECAS on around 24th Nov 2015

But still i dont have any communication from them, i dont have passport and they will not request passport but they will contact IOM for processing the flights and the way forward.

Any one to advice how much to wait, waiting time hurts - almost 6 years.

Please support.

You're probably a refugee case. Wait for IOM is all you can do.
They will tell you your travel plans and documents may be given to you at airport directly.
Most applicants here are non-refugee class so different rules/procedures apply to them compared to you.

I have a Canadian citizenship, and my wife is a permanent landed. My wife wants to sponsor her dad and mom from the Philippines. My question is, can some one please who went through this give us a guide line of what to do and what to expect. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Yes sure you can be the representative and you could also ask to get all correspondence with you through giving your own email address and canadian mailing address
I did fill all forms myself and was representative for them
It worked and make sure you keep all copies of forms you fill and make sure you also send completed forms and supporting documents that show you as her daughter like any type of documents showing you and her relation with you
Pictures of you since childhood till recent ones caption them etc

Thanks Masoud for the information. Can you please let me know what other supporting documents should I sent in the initial application.
I'm sending
Passport copies for myself and mother.
My Citizenship certificate
Birth certificate
Photos (as you said in your previous reply)
Support declaration
Bank statements
Option C Print outs for last 3 years

Anything else I need to include?

As the sponsored and dependent both are already in Canada so hopefully at nearest Service Ontario Centre or may be nearest border (may be buffallo )

Buffalo/Niagara Falls is best.
You cannot land at ServiceOntario, only at CIC Local office (appointment necessary).
I suggest Niagara Falls Rainbow bridge for easy landing.

Only Primary applicant (Father? who fills IMM0008ENU_2D as primary applicant ) and Sponsor detail, Only one IMM 1344 per family, and after validate and print, sign on page 7, principle, sponser and co-sponser
