I scanned everything and replied to that email.
My parents did the medicals exactly 30 day ago (24th march) and I received this email on 24th April.
Hoping that we will get the passport request soon.

But the rest of them should go through once medicals are cleared.

Recent gcms notes received on April 7th. Still old notes as last year that they received our response to fairness letter and don't think that he is eligible under dep. category because of 2 year of private education, the college is affiliated with University of Karachi for MBA/BBA only not the diploma he did it and he is doing private B.A. which is not considered full time study.fab758 said:Glad to hear you got medical request. did you recently ordered GCMS notes whats in it about your brother in law.
Both were under 22 at the time of application. Both of them are over now. One was still studying and the other one was working.starzibal said:Recent gcms notes received on April 7th. Seems the private B.A. part is the issue, they will not honor that and consider it. Should've been fulltime and regular student.starzibal said:canvis2006, yes, i told my in-laws to book it on this Monday. i was ready for that shock but should i send LVO an email, asked them that we didn't received his medical or just don't bother?

Will do, good advice but MP help is useless. What can i say about their law/rules. under or over, they will be adding value to economy, working, studying, paying taxes etc. and definitely not burden on health care at least.canvis2006 said:Seems the private B.A. part is the issue, they will not honor that and consider it. Islamabad has been doing this to many many people, because due to delays, dependents go over-age and then CIC doesn't want to grant them visas.
Order fresh notes and see if things have changed. Also, if your MP is helpful/good, get their office to inquire why dependent was not considered for visa/medical.
But get your parents to land ASAP when visa issued, and perhaps then consult a good immigration lawyer to see if they can get the BIL also included....(it's a really long shot). I remember back in the old law dependent went over age and were not required to be studying all the time, they used to be given visas as long as they remained single and dependent of parents. Islamabad office is known to reject dependents for no reason too.
