Congrats RuBa! Share ur timeline please!
Have any changed on ur ecas when u got medical request?

I also got an email from London office , asking me (the sponsor) to send an updated Schedule A, and all of my educational transcripts that shows my father's name and the orignal birth certificate.
I scanned everything and replied to that email.
My parents did the medicals exactly 30 day ago (24th march) and I received this email on 24th April.
Hoping that we will get the passport request soon.

Probably your BIL will not be receiving visa.
But the rest of them should go through once medicals are cleared.
Book the medicals asap.
Good to see Pakistan applications start to get response.

canvis2006, yes, i told my in-laws to book it on this Monday. i was ready for that shock but should i send LVO an email, asked them that we didn't received his medical or just don't bother?
will i be receiving a separate email for additional forms/info request later?

Recent gcms notes received on April 7th. Still old notes as last year that they received our response to fairness letter and don't think that he is eligible under dep. category because of 2 year of private education, the college is affiliated with University of Karachi for MBA/BBA only not the diploma he did it and he is doing private B.A. which is not considered full time study.

Both were under 22 at the time of application. Both of them are over now. One was still studying and the other one was working.

Seems the private B.A. part is the issue, they will not honor that and consider it. Should've been fulltime and regular student.
Islamabad has been doing this to many many people, because due to delays, dependents go over-age and then CIC doesn't want to grant them visas.

Order fresh notes and see if things have changed. Also, if your MP is helpful/good, get their office to inquire why dependent was not considered for visa/medical.

But get your parents to land ASAP when visa issued, and perhaps then consult a good immigration lawyer to see if they can get the BIL also included....(it's a really long shot). I remember back in the old law dependent went over age and were not required to be studying all the time, they used to be given visas as long as they remained single and dependent of parents. Islamabad office is known to reject dependents for no reason too.

Will do, good advice but MP help is useless. What can i say about their law/rules. under or over, they will be adding value to economy, working, studying, paying taxes etc. and definitely not burden on health care at least.
i guess they think now its too many immigrants specially of colors and time to put a stop because current govt. is not hesitant to call immigrant from UK or Ireland. Please don't think i am being biased here but its a fact, it was in the newspaper too and lots of immigrants critics/lawyers quoted that. Anyways, I am still thankful they so far approved the parents and 1 under 22 dep.

Recived GCMS notes this week nothing new same old . no informations on interview as well , so just now waiting on interview letter from NDA hope it doesnt tacke another year for that. any news for you helping candian ?
