Hello there are certain points which u must note
1. pls tell that are u having some travel history
2.have u been deporte fromm country and u have not declared to them
3.no one in this forum has got this thing with remedical bcs each and every case is different.

Looks like the SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION FORM - DELHI - DETAILS OF FOREIGN TRAVEL form which is a Country-specific form that needs to be filled for all applications in India. Either you may have not provided it, CIC may not have it on hand or it may not match the information on the Passport (if you have submitted it).

Hello where da file is transfered after aor for complete application has been recieved.

The file is not transferred immediately after AOR. All that AOR means is that they have received your documents. AOR is short for "Acknowledgement of Receipt".

You can expect that they will be working on your sponsorship application sometime after AOR. Once the sponsorship application has been approved, the file will be transferred to another office for processing of the permanent residence application. The file could be transferred either to Ottawa or to the local visa office (LVO).

I have some questions regarding filling of forms, means who need to fill these forms

1. Schedule A (Imm 5669)
check list says:- all family members need to fill this foam
but, foam says only dependent children and principal applicant need to fill this foam

2. Additional family info( IMM 5406)
same problem here as well, checklist with foam package says all family members need to fill this foam , but foam says only dependent children and principal applicant need to fill this foam.

I am ok for Principal applicant to fill these foams, i my case my parents does not have any dependent on them. me and my all siblings are settled with our own families.

if i go with check list then everybody( me and my siblings) need to fill this foam other wise nobody need to fill this foam.

Folks - my parents got a letter in asking them to submit their passports as their app for permanent residence has been finalized.

They are currently visiting me in Canada and their medicals are expiring on Feb 1 next year.

Is anyone familiar with how long submitting the passport to Ottawa takes or if they should go back to New Delhi and submit via VFS?

My timelines are as follows:

App Filed - Nov 2009

Transferred to NVDO - Jan 2013

Medicals - Feb 2014

This form should be filled by all those in your application. If you are sponsoring your parents, then your mum and dad should each fill it. If they have any dependents who are
also included in the application (to come to Canada), then they too should fill it.

Same here too. If only your parents are included in the appliation, only they need to fill the form. If your siblings are financially depending on your parents, only then, they too should fill this form. I do not think this is the case with you and your siblings.

That is a million dollar question. But if you say that the letter indicated that the application has been finalised, then it means they just want to stamp the visa on it. If that is the case it could be a couple of weeks.

I have not heard of a case where the visa was stamped in Ottawa, if the application was processed in India. You may have to send the ppts to India to get it stamped. But that is my view.

EDIT: What does the ecas status say "Decision Made"? If so, it is only a matter of stamping the visa.
