My father studied till 9th standard in India and my mother didn't go to school.
Could you please suggest if parents dont have the education, do they approve the application for Parents under Family Class applications.

JUNE 27, 2013 QUEBEC SELECTION WAS SUBMITTED TO ISLAMABAD PAKISTAN


Since I submitted Quebec Selection to Islamabad, I have no answer.

March 06, 2014 emailed to Islamabad immigration inquiry for the status of my application (no response).

July 07, 2014 Contacted MP to inquire about the application.

Ordered GCMS..
Medical is expired. NO news yet.......................


but good news my friend who did sponsor feb 2008 , his parents already landed in july.
I hope soon my application is gonna be finalized also. INSHALLAH.

It is good. I also sponsored in Dec 2009. File was transferred to London in Jan 2014. So far, no medical. I ordered GMC notes and I see PUT AWAY in file. I think they have put away the file. Does anyone know what it could mean?

Hello plz tell after submitting complete application forms which submitted in sept 15 2014..when did the visa office ask for updated documents? Either when file transfer mail comes or ask along with medicals? Plz tell thanku...

Hi guys,

Just prepping my documents to apply for my parents' PR. Very confused about whether or not we should submit photographs or not. There isn't anywhere on the instructions or on the checklists that asks for photos - however, one of the generic forms says please enclose photos.

Let me know if anyone has been through this and if there is feedback.

Form IMM1344E , In the Sponsoring eligibility assessment Section

Question 5: In the five years preceding application, did you become permanent resident after being sponsored as spouse, common-law or conjugal partner?

Mentioned in Guide that

If you answer “Yes” to any question between 5 and 15
You are not eligible to be a sponsor. You should not submit an application.

That means If I am become permanent resident after being sponsored by spouse after Jan 1,2010 , I am not eligible to apply for my parents PR

Having an education is not necessary under this program, for parents.
