Exactly same email we have received yesterday from New Delhi as well, Not a word different so I think its generic letter. We haven't received medical request email as well which they are saying we will be getting separately. Applied March 2010 and transfer to New delhi in September 2014.

Please do let me know if you get any other info from them, and I will let you know if I get anything. We are exactly at same timeline.

I dont know what's going in cic ...bcoz some peoples of dec 2009 .....June 2009 ...still waiting for medicals nd people who aplly June 2010 getting their medical past week ....it's for delhi nd india people .....so wts the problem in other peoples ...can anybody tells ..bcoz 1 yr is process after document send for medicals some r getting on tym why others r waiting ???!!!

Listen uh check of ask ur lawyer about this why they taking so much tym bcoz 2009 peoples alreasy got visa or done medicals ....uh check bcoz some peoples r problem with there tax pay to governe t something else like that ..these problem makes ur case delay

have checked it many a times... he said that it takes almost a year after the file trnfer to new delhi... and with tax other there is no issue...

When u submit document to missusaga nd after file tranfer to Ottawa for further process ...nd they will ask u to send ur medicals to delhi ....not like file transfer to delhi wait 1 yr ......once u submit ur documents uh hv to wait atleast 15 months for medical bcoz only 10 percent people did not get medical uh 15 months .. Bcoz of there personal issues..!! Check online uh will get wts happening ..2010 people wait 4 yrs for add document yquest ..2009 get in 3 yr this is alo differnce ..after 5and half yr u will definte get medicals ...bcoz of cutting backlogs .cic doing fast ! Earlier case taken7-8 yrs now it takes 6

Even in ur case ur waiting for more than 2 yrs for medical after submitting documents ....march 2012?...

Our case went in-process in July.
This is the reply I received in my email.

No dependent in our case just parents. They have requested medical today via email.

About original documents I am not quite sure but definitely it's not very clear in the letter.

Hi Memebers,
I have a question in regards to parental sponsorship. I applied in April 2010. Sponsorship was approved and file was transferred to New Delhi. Now Delhi office is asking for all the updated forms that were sent to mississauga and all the supporting documents to be sent again. They also requested medical and mentioned that I will be receiving medical instructions in separate email, which I never received. My question is if it is normal for them to ask for all the forms again even when the forms were sent to Mississauga office before the transfer to New Delhi? Also what should I do about not receiving the instructions for medical tests that they said they will send to me in a separate email? They asked for all the forms, police clearance and medical to be submitted in 60 days. Thank you in advance.

I received the same request on the Nov 12 and today ND emailed me the request for Medicals.

Was the reply generic or your case specific and how long did it take to get their response?
I am not sure why they didn't mentioned 2008 does that mean, ISB is working on 2008 case and London is on 2006/07?

I believe they meant to say that they are working on 2006/07 and will be working on 2008/09 in about 6 months. It looked like they did reply to me specifically. It didn't look like generic reply. Here is what I rec'd:
"While we understand the sponsor is anxious to be reunited with the sponsored family member, the application is within posted processing times. There has been no undue delay in processing. This said, we endeavor to reduce the processing times and we are currently working on cases where the original application for sponsorship was submitted at CPC-M at the end of 2006 and in 2007. Therefore we expect to be reviewing this case within the next 6 months."
