Hello, we have a problem , my parents sponshership started to process July 30, 2014 cic required additional forms, one is Schedule A background declaration. My father is the principal applicant, with him all forms ok, but my mother and sister said NO to question 6 , section D. " do you ever refused visa to canada" mistakenly my mother (dependant) said No but she was refused visa on 2010, and my sister same said No, also but sister was refused visa in 2012, now my mother is in canada in Super visa(tourist), what we will do we already submitted this papers 2 weeks before to cic,, should we send new schedule A/ declaration with correct entry for the two and explain in a letter that we did typo mistake in saying NO. do anybody encountered like this problem or anybody can advice me, my email: pal097@yahoo.com , thanks God bless

Question about Schedule A Background/Declaration (IMM 5669) form:

I have applied for parents sponsor application in 2010 and i am preparing documents now. My question is whom do I need to fill the Schedule A Background/Declaration (IMM 5669) form for? I have parents (mother/father) and myself (Sponsor - i am in Canada) and Sister (who is in US and she is married not accompanying).

My understanding is I need to fill out the form for parents (father and mother) only. but how about my self as sponsor and my sister - do i need to fill out separate form for this including sign from individual?

Our case went in-process 2 months ago.
Since then our address has changed from our Indian home address to sponsor's canadian home address.
The question is that we changed our representative from a lawyer to my sister who is in canada.
And we sent New Delhi a letter regarding that too.
So did the address changed because of sending a letter to New Delhi or our case progressed.


And another question. Do inqueries and GCMS notes slow down our case?

It can be possible bcz itz usually representative's mailing address as u have switched ur representative ie ur sis who s n canada presently.
Enquiries nd atip notes never slow dwn process itz a myth

Yes, same here. I would say its not a boat anymore its Titanic/Ship we are all on it.
our case is June 2009, file transferred to London in March/14, i got a response from London office via MP office that it would take several months before they start working on it. so no medical as yet and dont know when? i would advise you to order gcms every month so you know whats going on.
do you have any dependants over or under 22?
