Finally received passports with visa stamped ....so happy and thank you everyone for their help god bless everyone and my sister in law who got visa as dependent she was over 23 when we applied for her. Thank you God cant be better than this

And sorry i forgot to mention another thing we were waiting for our passports at home address but we received them at our old immigration consultant's office i dont know how even they have our house mailing address i thought i should let you guys know maybe it will help someone in future

hi its good tht ur sis in law got visa.but cic rejected many dependent over 22 in many cases. can u plz tell wht courses ur sis in law done.wht type of education document u send.or is she regular student from clg means any gap in study?

Yes this will really help us. My sister is also over 22 when applied.

hi every body i have question.i sponsor my parrents and 2 dip.one dep medical expired allready.other 3 of them going to expire july30 2014.i got call 27 of june and send me medical request for one dep whos medical is expired already .and person said we have do this medical this week and we are going to give you visa before july 30.my question is should i waite for pasport request or we have to send after medical.our LOV is islamabad pakistan

not sure but i think you should wait for the passport request. Any experience user here please answer this.

How come your dep and parents medical dates are different, like some medical expire and other not?
Can you please share your timeline and the dep. ages whether they are under 22 or over at the time of application?

they got there additional test thats why.dep were under22 when applied .applied nov2007 and file trasfered sep2012 aor jan30 2013 and medical request apr2013 .my question is person who called from canadian high commission said we are giving you visa before there medical expire .i shuld ask him this question but i forget to ask.should i send them passport after medical done or waite to request.i dont want to too late othervise there medical gona expire

Havent you guys received the second medical yet?? How about applying for GCMS notes and find out where exactly they are holding you at???

I think you better wait for passport request coz CIC-Islamabad will ask you to send "Updated Information Chart" along with passport request.they are already confused and may be you confuse them more by sending passport yourself. mean time you can send case specific inquiry to cic-islamabad and ask them whether to send passport after medical done or wait for request.

Also, write URGENT in the email subject and send them a letter by courier asking the same.

I think you should send passports we did the samething they never asked for passports but we sent them on our own and got visa within two weeks so there is no harm in sending passports
