hey aadi really happy for u man u are 2007 application right I m also 2007 but u remember u were tellling that if this second medical will expire then will not giv passport to them as u gave 10 year multiple visa butvnow days r xhanged and pr visa is in hand enjoyyyyyyyy one more thing completed time line pls

thanks man, we were on the edge, & waiting for medical to expire before sending a letter to chc to withdraw the passport but they called him right in time.

We received letter today to send all information about my sister education and fill out form for 22 or above dependent but all original certificates are with them and we sent same form before with all document request i dont know what r they doing

All senior members please comment what should we send them again as all original certificates are with them

I also had to sent explanation letter for my bro who was over age 23
At time of applications what we did was send the recent study document
And all the study he did from grade 12 I hope they didn't said she is not eligible and ask explanation

he received a call from CIC & ask him to travel within 5 days as his medical is going to expire so he coming on 22 Feb, exactly after 78 months.

I wish all the members get their visa soon.

I have couple f questions regarding the parents sponsorship, would be really thankful for guidance and advice -

1. As we have gone through the check list, it asks for T4 from past 3 yrs. since my husband has been in Canada for only 2 yrs now, can we still send the application.

2. We already have a application in process for spousal sponsorship (for me), can he apply for parents sponsorship too.

1. I would call to confirm with the CIC agent, maybe it is possible to file with two past years T4s as it is not so strict for income proof in spousal sponsorship.
2. Whose parents is he planning to sponsor? If yours - you have to wait till you get PR status. If his... it needs some more research as to my knowledge it's not allowed to file two sponsorship applications simultaneously.

1) Its option C not T4 and no, it was be to 3 years only
2) He cannot as per above and current application for 2014 ( 5,000 only ) is already filled, he can try again in Jan 2015 bearing in mind he needs to meet LICO for 2011, 2012, 2013 depending on family size since you will be an an add-on for 2013 ( assuming you are sponsored this year )

Yes, it's always confusing relating to the CIC, they never word it straight that would be easier for normal people to understand them.

If your husband is planning to apply for his parents, then he definitely has to wait a year longer then he'll be able to obtain the Option C for 3 consecutive years. The CIC do not accept new applications for this year any longer as the 5000 cap is full. So you have no choice but waiting till next year any way.
They might have changed the rule about filing sponsorship application while another pending. It's always worth a try. Also you might have your file approved by the time your husband is eligible to sponsor his parents.
