my sister mailed the laboratory, they told the delay is due to strike and they also told that they are informed by delhi embassy that they are collecting samples at end of august, but august has passed....i m really worried bcz its remains 2 months to expire medicals

And i was reading that now they asking for my tax report In the last 3 consecutive years and i only have 2. Because this year iam workng but ill get my taxes probably in april next year. Could i still submit the application with 2 tax report and a job letter for this year?

As they do require 3 consecutive years, your application will be returned to you - according to their requirements you need to send them Option-C for years of 2011, 2012, 2013 if you are applying in 2014.

Hii guys i am still confused regarding that letter either to send original or scan it. The thing is it says clearly in capital letters that
, "PLEASE RETURN THIS FORM WITH THE REQUESTED DOCUMENTS" also it has officer's signature on it. It's only one page letter. I m gonna post this letter tomorrow but the problem is it will reach India on 12 of sep and then my family will post it to Delhi so is that another 10 days? And the due date is 21 sep
I decided to scan and email it but im not sure after seeing original signatures. ???

Can someone or user tell me if my family should use regular mail or speed post or whatever else to send this letter and voter's id to Delhi from Punjab?

I have personally send letters to India and it takes max 4 working days if u courier it and will take 2-3 days from Punjab to Delhi if u send it by courier. It's my personal experience and I used DTDC courier company....

Thats' correct, so for application perspective - they will probably accept 2010, 2011, 2012 ( unless you pay advanced tax for 2013 ), I am sure they will clarify when it comes close to Jan. There have been questions on this in the recent past
However, the issue is that its only 5K apps, which I am sure will be filled on Day 1 so you can't afford to wait till your T4 arrives

As far as income requirement goes for 3 people ( you + husband + mother ) , there is a 30% hike so adding about 3-3.5K to the 2014 LICO + 30% on top, you ( and/or co-signer ) need to make around 50K from 2010, 2011, 2012

Since it takes around 45 months to process, there is a good possibility they will ask for 2013 Option C in the future as well

Passport and PCC request from Delhi: August 2013

Its very strange that we have not received any medical request for my parents and brother. I am not sure what to do? \if we send passports then how can we go for medical without passport?

any idea?

Yeah, you are right and then they will resent passport back and delay the process. I remember once case here where something similar happens, but its been a while
I'd suggest to email them and fax details on this

i am just giving and idea to u , bcs all other members have passed thier medical
and submitted thier passport in october 2012 and november 2012
and they are waiting , so hope they have changed thier strategyy that to call for medical
at last bcs if they issue medical request to you then they will feel burden on them to clear u within one year bcs validity of medical is one year from date ,,,
and one more thing is there anyone whose medical has expired,
i have passed medical in oct .2012 and sumbitted my passport oct 2012
its now 11 months till date ,, hope they will issue visa before medical expiress,,,,,,,
any one whose medical has expiredd pls tell usss

Due date mean when the file will be looked at, however it seems coincidental with the expiry date of the meds so hopefully you should get in month of 2012
So unfair when 2009 apps are done, a 2007 is still waiting

Can you please tell me when you applied for GCMS notes.
As i also applied for gcms notes , But from one person i came to know that now it takes 50 days instead of 30 days to get GCMS notes...So just want to confirm
