my dad dont have surname on passport or other documents.but when my sis applied in 2010 she include surname on the forms.my question is tht can create problem or its normal.

why did she enter the surname on the forms if it did not exist? Is your father a principal applicant? What does it show on your birth certificate - does hi have a surname in there?

1) Intended occupation - My father who is the principle applicant is a Lawyer in India. Should I enter the same in the intended occupation field or it leave blank
2) 2 self addressed mailing labels - What should I do? Should I send labels with my Canadian postal address or address in India?

Why two different mailing address labels?
They asked 2 mailing labels with same mailing address...where ur mail to be delivered. As i am representative i gave my canadian address.

Correct me if i am wrong

it doesnt matter if u r rep or sponsor or applicant even if u give ur neighbors address cic will forward to tht address.

on top of that notes they have written passed
now the eligibility process is going on
still criminility, security check required
medical has been expired
there is no red flag or refusal at all
on every page or file they have written eligible
so can u tell me wt exact is going on ,,,hoping to see the revert

Hi everyone, just wondering if most of you submitted Right of Permanent Residence Fee up front? I know on the form it says 'We strongly recommend that you pay and submit proof of payment of the RPRF with the complete application...". Since we need to wait for the request for the medical at the later time, I don't see any reasons that this would cause a great delay. Can senior members share their experience, it would be really much appreciated.

and finally It's our turn Aug patch, well I have a question for you:
Is that OK to be the representative for my parent while I'm the sponsor too? any experience?
Another question, My husband is a cosigner for the my parent's sponsorship and he has enough income, for my I don't have an income do you think that would affect the decision?

Yes- I am rep and I filled it after the file was xfered, do it now if you can

Acknowledgment letter April 2010
Additional documents requested August 2nd 2013
Preparing additional documents - Most probably will send in September 2013

2) You can't put Canadian Address for PP return has to be India and to be frank, these labels are useless, they will mail it with their own stuff

CPC-M will send 2 letters
1) Confirming Docs
2) Approval Letter and where the file is sent ( This is when you will see Decision Made from Sponsor Side )

AOR is sent by office which will start the sponsorship, Ankara or CPP-O in your case
