Thanks Tony & user

Here are few more facts.

My parents have free of cost ,unlimited medical coverage. It covers the Doctor services, hospital stays and medication, free of charge .It is through my fathers job. This coverage is for life and no matter where they live they can come back and recieve it.
Can I mention if we needed dialysis we will opt for transplant immediately through our back home coverage.Instead of being on a long waitlist in Canada. We have enough funds to fly our parents on hours notice.kidney will be donated by family member. Will this Plan work?
I don't think we will need social services. We have enough people to take care of her.
I will ask my parents to get nephrologist report from the same doc and another one.
God knows why we have to deal with this issue. And my Mom is not on any kidney medications.
Anything else?Any other Suggestions?

Is that all available in home country? so your case would be that if issue arises you will go back? Best to have specialist write a report suggesting that it wouldn't be a burden. I feel sad in your situation man, they expect old parents to be fit and fine?

You can submit coverage documents in your reply but I dont think the coverage back home is really going to make a difference. By law once PR your mother will have the right to the treatment in Canada. that means the law cant stop her from getting the services or treatment in Canada So the increased risk of excessive demand on health care.
I would still go with the route suggested in my earlier post. Make sure your reply is based on facts and opinions from experts.

In case if the nephrologist believes that your mother may need dialysis or transplant in near future then it would definitely make sense to provide the detailed information about your parents back home coverage.
