2013 ecas has changed from application received to:

Sponsorship Application Status
Application Received

Permanent Residence Application Status
Application Received

Can someone please help explain what this means,thanks.

All of us who applied in 2010 - 2011 have the same status. It means that they received our applications but haven't started working on them.

my ecas shows -
under sponsorship status it shows "decision made"
under permanent residence status shows "application recieved" medical results hav been recieved inside.
add pls update my timeline-
Applied - may 2009
AOR- aug 2012
med. request - 26 nov 2012
PP req - 26 nov 2012
med. done 4 jan 2013.

Some people have done it successfully - although it it illegal to send ( confirmed by Indian Embassy ). I flew to India just to drop passports as we had 8 all together ( 5 for father, 3 for mother )
Its best to send via a person else you risk it being confesticated by customs but again people have been successful and I heard of 1 person who had issues so its a tough call

yeah there is nothing higer after mba.i compelte my b.com than m.com and now doing mba.i have no gap and i never fail.so can u and anybody suggest me for my fature study which is accptable by cic.thnks

applied - yes, but the main thing is to have the process completed successfully.

unbelievable. the only thing I agree on is the age of dependents.
