Anyone who remember whose brother was taken off from the file because of age and study? I am trying to find that person but couldn't. Please let me know if anyone remember. My brother was 23 years old when we filled paper now they are saying he is not depended and not taking courses according to the regulation. Please help me. What should I do. I cried for week and put together myself and looking for help. Any suggestion?

Yes, of course that is the reason. They are so picky about things. I receive letter regarding my brother age too. He is 28 now and they think that he is not dependent any more.. Suck it up and send all the requirement they need.

Yes you are dependent. An the only condition on u is that u should be unmarried and not in any common law relationship until u get u pr.
But still studying does nt hurt. Keep studying just incase.
