Are you serious?! Oh, dear. We still don't know if we have to fill in only for the past 10 years or all the way back to 18 (my mom is in her 70s...). Did Immigration Canada specify precisely what they wanted?

LVO-India has a separate form called Additional Travel Details. Here we have to fill in all travels undertaken. I had to dig out this information from faded entry/exit stamps from all passports issued to mom.

My question here is what is dependent type A and dependent type B.??
some one please elaborate for me.

In my case one depenedent is 14 years old and studying.
The other one is 24 years old and studiying. but when i applied sponsership in jan ,2009 he was only 21 years old.
SO now question is who is dependent type A and who is dependent type B.


Next question is :-
they asked for document which clearly establish relationship b/w main applicant and sponser and b/w dependent and main apllicant.so they asked :- please provide minimum of 2 of the following:-
1> Original birth certificate in original language
2> 5,8,10, +2 marksheet(out of these only one).
3> certified copy of sponser old passport.
4>indian merrige certificate with parents name.
5> Voter card.

Note:- all documents which are not in english or french please translate them into english.

So question here is do i need to send original birth certificate ?????

LAST QUESTION:- in form IMM 0008 bar code wil be generated after validating. do i need to make those bar code paper's as first page of my application as i read somewhere thats bar code paper should be first page of application forms?????

about dependants your 14 yr old is type A and 24 yr old is type A aswsell (we had discussion about it last year few said to put recent type for example your 24 yr old is type B but as we know their age was locked when you applied and ythey both were Type A) I have one dependant too he was type A abut now he falls under type B but i m still gonna put Type A for him but will also send his school/college documents just incase. You can also send their school/college certificates though because they have asked many to provide them later eventhough dependants were type (no harm in providing extra documents)but if you think its too much work then dont send any

ND-LVO does have specific travel forms and that is since age 18 but they never asked us that, instead they wanted their personal history
For my mother 62-64 and then 1978 onwards
For my dad - 1978 onwards

They are no surprise - my mom finished school in 62, then worked from 64 so they wanted to know those 2 years and then for both from 78 since both left their govt jobs in 78. Since they had lot of travel, I had to include this as I simply couldn't put "Working" or "Homeworker" for 30 years, it was kind of 2 fold answer since they never asked me Travel forms
The only difference between the 2 are that travel forms need exact entry/exit dates whereas the personal history requires Year/MM only

I had prepared travel forms too, but they are now zip archived on my PC

Mom and my brother went for medical in islamabad.they took xray for my mom dr said there was an infection in xray.and he asked for 3 additional different test after that they will know why is xray not clear.My question is he give her appointment july 18 for xray again thats gona be 3 month .but the letter says medical should be done 45 days. can any body tell me dr is doing right thing ?or he suppose to send medical right away then they ask for additional test?why he is giving appointment so long?

when i sent documents last year we just put notarized, attested photocopies of birth cert. in punjabi along with notarized and attested copy of birth certificate in english.
Only one document whic was original was letter from my brother's college.

This is very normal if they have any doubts in medicals. The doctor usually asks for 90 days this way if it is viral or something it will go away and they can assess it accordingly. You should not worry about it as i know someone who has been asked to come back in 3 months as well and they notify the embassy on your behalf. I hope all comes out well on July 18.

Did the doctor give you in writing and/or appt? let the doctor do his part and you do yours, Write a letter suggesting that doctor has calked for re-meds and given July 18 date so they are aware
