hi suin what your ecas say,my it is showing two status one is application recevied on both side and another line it show application recevied for sponser colum and and pr colum say not avalival....do anybudy know why it is so.

its just a system glitch Rana93. happens to every account once in a while. sometimes you might see updates after if it fixed while other times it means nothing.

maybe they have just updated the application status for the Principal Applicant only. the rest of the family will be updated the moment they start working on the application.

Same thing happen with my (sponsor)client I'd ,status,, on 31 , march,,they fixed ,3 lines to 2,(wen they updated my citizenship application from in process to COMPLETE), I was confused if it happened with citizenship application process, or my family PR application ,,

That is how it should be. They show only Main Applicant's name.

ecas status would only show the name of the Principal Applicant and would not include individual dependents. So this should not be a cause for your worry.

They suppose to show dependents once they start processing according to eCas site, but current it never shows even after landing.

Does the info "decision made" typically appear on ECAS first, or would we expect a letter / email before the information gets updated on the website?

I am getting tired of checking Ecas....

Another question, please....

Is anybody aware of a case where the validity of the medical exams was extended past one year?I am preparing for the possibility that we will not get the permanent resident permit before the medicals expire and I just found out that there is now no approved medical examiner in our city anymore (must have changed since last May, when the meds were done). I am not sure how I can break that information to my mother...
