I was also very shocked, read few times if thats what it was written.....I have no idea who has done this...I have send them email and case specific inquiry as well for the same concern.....

It is quite possible that LVO ND received a request for withdrawal of application from another sponsor and they applied it to your file by mistake. The removed text could refer to the person making the withdrawal request, hence it may have been blanked out (privacy concerns).

I agree, it could be a mistake on their side - it happens with the applicants who have the same or similar names. You need to contact them urgently before they decide to close your mother's application.
They must prove that the request was done by the sponsor - i.e. you.

I know it's a serious concern. However in gcms it's also written that no action taken for the particular concern. However, I have send them scanned emails with my signatures....hoping for best....

Even if matches names, it has different file #'s and UCI, I mean it can't match each and every name and DOB etc

Can you copy/paste that part here, coz one of ur members ( I think Apple Talk ) had ecas status as "Withdrawn" and he found later that they closed one file and were reopening another and it seemed it was like withdrawing the whole app, perhaps its something similar

please reply i dont know in the forms which cic asked from us they asked in the form about parents activies like since age 18 or 10 yrs whichever comes first so i have put the 10 yrs activities and i thought it is for the last 10 yrs as it was confusing now i saw one guy canvis2006 he did same and he got request from visa office to write since age 18 so i really dont know what to do should i just fill the form again and send to visa office or i should wait for the visa office to ask and then send i really appreciate if u guys can reply

It's called IMM5669 - and the option is last 10 years or age of 18 whichever comes first so it's obvious it will be last 10 years for out parents due to their age. Now CIC has asked some of us ( including me ) to give activities from certain age or certain date for eg,
They asked for my father since 1974 and for my mother from 64-66 and 78 on-wards


So ONLY if they ask you

can more people from here comment about this issue that some people getting request again for writing activities of parents since age 18
as in the form as in the form imm 5669 in question 7 education it says clearly mention all education which is ok and in question 8.Personal History it says. Provide the details of personal history since the age 18 or the past 10 years, whichever comes first so what does it mean if we see since age 18 or the past 10 yrs so for parents it is past 10 yrs comes first? so isnt 10 yrs or since age 18 ? please comment on that
but in question 12,Addresses it does say clearly since age 18 but can u guys clear question 8. about personal history IS IT SINCE AGE 18 OR JUST 10 YRS what did u guys write and who else got request if just mentioned 10 yrs is there somebody who did not get any request by just mentioning 10 yrs of personal history
