hello guys
can more people from here comment about this issue that some people getting request again for writing activities of parents since age 18
as in the form as in the form imm 5669 in question 7 education it says clearly mention all education which is ok and in question 8.Personal History it says. Provide the details of personal history since the age 18 or the past 10 years, whichever comes first so what does it mean if we see since age 18 or the past 10 yrs so for parents it is past 10 yrs comes first? so isnt 10 yrs or since age 18 ? please comment on that
but in question 12,Addresses it does say clearly since age 18 but can u guys clear question 8. about personal history IS IT SINCE AGE 18 OR JUST 10 YRS what did u guys write and who else got request if just mentioned 10 yrs is there somebody who did not get any request by just mentioning 10 yrs of personal history

I was also very shocked, read few times if thats what it was written.....I have no idea who has done this...I have send them email and case specific inquiry as well for the same concern.....

That's a very sad news, but I believe cic should be able to trace ip address , from where it was requested.

Parents sponsored in 2011, income maintenance questions

Heyy There,
First time posting here: I sponsored my parents in 2011 and income was good to meet as per LICO. I have not heard anything back (any receipt or acknowledgment) from CIC yet, looks like its gonna take around 36 months to process case and then I will get come confirmation. I
My question is: Do I have to maintain the minimum income through out the years i.e. year when application was submitted '2011' up till when my parents land in Canada (don't know when, lets say hopefully in 2014, any suggestions here when ?!!) ??
Any guidance/help on this matter will be very helpful.

in older forms they had whichever is longer instead of whichever comes first. so i have included history frm 18 yrs age for my parents n 10 yrs for my sis even when i filled out the new forms. and in my opinion, u shd be counting frm DOB so 18 yrs age comes first n 10 yrs period later, for ur parents! dont panic now. u can send the updated forms now n write a cover letter explaining y doing it or just wait for them to ask u. when i m in dilemma, my husband always says, " dont trouble the trouble, until it troubles you"...
