Send email to above adress n make sure to include URGENT in the subject line. R u principal applicant or rep? Is ur email I'd included on the application? Also make sure to provide this information: name, dob, nationality, uci no, file no ( just mention no recvd), relationship with PA, email I'd in the email u send. If u r not PA or rep n if ur email I'd is not on the file u might hv to include use of rep form as well. Do it ASAP, there r chances u missed correspondence fm them. Gud luck!

I don't think so. Sponsors r not representatives. Some senior members might explain hw it actually works? But wait, is it ur UCI or PA's? If it's ur UCI then try calling cic helpline they might b able to assist u. Wht is ur ecas status?

You are representative if you filled form IMM5476 and gave it to them, don't do it now - its no point. At this time, send email as if your father is sending

I m guessing the appl recvd date is somewhere in apr 2012 n since u cud see both sponsorship n PR application status, the UCI is ur n not PAs. u need to provide details of PA including uci n file no. Wen communicating with local visa office. So again I wud say .. Call cic immidiately n explain ur situation. Tell them u suspect missing correspondence n r afraid tht ur applin might b rejected on those grnd. I really hope they wud b able to help u.

from new delhi i didnot even received a letter saying that they received my file

You do have father UCI - also, the file # is in the decision made letter you got last year
