my main concern is if they further request any document and give only 30 days then we will have only 1 week to submit coz 3 week to receive letter in Canada which is very hard schedule. thinking to change mailing address from Canada to Pakistan or request to send further request though email. what do you suggest.

Hi sam, its online - they don't send anything. BTW, ND did send me those OUTSIDE India forms ( 1017 ) with IME#, and doc resend it yesterday asking ottawa to update it on my parents file

Yes i followed your posts but did not comment as all others were posting as well. I will wait and see till Feb 16th if anything comes up if not...honestly i dont know what to do?

No point in going to the MP now. Lets just hope and pray.

I still think they just can't sent a abnormal result to RMO without any prognosis.I mean God forbid if there is some kind of infection they will and should go with furthur testing and reports from a specialist doctor.They need to attach what is this infection,what stage it is,and copies and reports of tests.
Before they use to send the results only no matter normal or abnormal,but now they are more proactive and do everything before sending the reports.
Give them a weeks-10 days time and you will know if the result is positive or negative.

yes you are right we should wait for atleast for a week or 10 days before going for a test on our own.. I never thought of it.. Tomorrow is the last day of sputuum test.. I am a bit relaxed now.. I having a feeling there wont be anything wrong in shaa ALLAH , because there aint any symptoms so far ..

Can any body tell me how many days CHC-Islamabad give to submit additional document or medical.
Reason I am asking Coz I am representative of my parents and CHC-Islamabad sent letter to my Canadian address which took 3 weeks to reach. Thank GOD they gave 45 days to submit DOCs. Normally they give 45 days or 30 days?

@ fab: Yes lucky is right fab , they give 30 days for medicals.. And we got the medical request just through an E-mail.. They didnot sent us a regular mail through post instead our represntative got the email in canada..

For documents you will have 60 ,90 or 45 days.I recently got police clearance request by mail (45 days) and had no problem,even it took 2.5 weeks to reach.My suggestion is don't change address at this time,you will have no problem.95% people are getting med request through e mail.Just add the e mail address in safe senders list or in your address book.

Hi everyone, just new here I was sponsored by my citizen son with 2 depenedents all requirements done got a letter last nov 2012 that visa office in manila will finalize their decision they recieved my responced dec 13, 2012 just wondering anyone can tell me how long it will take to finalize their decision for our visa? No one can tell when you will get the visa? But from all the information and progress of your application , it seems that your application is at the last stage in processing and a decision will be made shortly (hopefully within 2-3 months or so you may get the visa).
