I still think they just can't sent a abnormal result to RMO without any prognosis.I mean God forbid if there is some kind of infection they will and should go with furthur testing and reports from a specialist doctor.They need to attach what is this infection,what stage it is,and copies and reports of tests.
Before they use to send the results only no matter normal or abnormal,but now they are more proactive and do everything before sending the reports.
Give them a weeks-10 days time and you will know if the result is positive or negative.
