I also think it is impossible because i seen how applicants from 2007-08 are still waiting for medical request. But may be CIC has some new policy to finish backlog.

@ Kandel, thanks for updating the spreadsheet. You put "Approved" in there but i dont know yet if it is until i see the letter or someone told me to call CIC agent they would tell me about the decision. I hope it is approved.
