Concerned as to what the result will be , cause the letter of ppr clearly stated to submit any expired pp .

Any one been through this and know the repurcision of this ???

Passport returned without Visa
:(

Delhi LVO has asked for new PCC, the earlier one was done in Dec 2011. The medical expire on Dec 22nd......
Does anyone know if they will extend the medical if the Visa is not issues by Dec 22nd?? or will we have to do new medical.

Hello Everyone,

I received a request to submit passport, medical and few forms from ND LVO on Nov 8th 2012.

I have sponsored my brother as a dependent child with my parents. When I submitted the forms to Mississauga office, in form IMM008 there was a question for type of dependent A or B. I wrote type of dependent is B and submitted all supporting educational documents for him. After submitting the documents I realized he should be type A dependent as he was only 20 years old at the time of sponsorship.

Now there is request to send IMM008 again from ND, I am confused, Shall I select him as type A or Type B dependent as in the letter from ND its clearly written to submit supporting educational documents only if the dependent was 22 years or old at the time of sponsorship!!!

Anyone pleases advice, what should I do?

I am all confused now, just want to provide the information so it doesn’t delay the processing of their sponsorship and doesn’t create any problem.

Hi vik_indian,

We should hear about PPR by December end. I am optimistic to get PPR in this year`s target. I was concerned about next year (2013) target a while ago, so I wanted my parents visa to be issued under this year`s target. Now that CIC announced next year`s target to be 25,000 as well, so I am not that worried now. We`ll get PPR by December end or within first couple of months of next year. `Apna number jaldi aayenga` meaning our turn will come soon.

CPP-O is issuing PPR`s almost daily and if they have to meet their target for this year, they will have to issue a lot of PPR`s by December end. However, they cannot bypass background checks just to get to the target goal. Even if they do not reach the numbers, they can issue those PPR`s in Jan-Feb of next year. Some cases can have longer background checks. It is a matter of days or weeks for us to hear about PPR.
Hi Raj,
I hope your estimates are right. I wish both of us get that news soon.
Thanks
Vik

did u get a letter or email stating u can submit PP at VFS, in my case my mother went to submit PP at VFS and they told her that PP for PR has to be submitted at Visa Office - ND and they can't accept it at VFS, and then the PP was couriered to ND......so just wanted to make sure

Just a question on Document request, what original documents have you send them??? Today I received mail again to submit original documents again.... Jesus, CIC has nothing better to do I guess..... Looks like they are after me only and I hope they keep continue after me until I get through, lol :P :P

I wish who ever got medical request in the first 6 months of this year or the year before should get PPR by end of this year. I hope this stays true.
